First floor of the beach house is accessed via an architectural glass walled staircase and incorporates 3 en-suite double Bedrooms, all 3 have airconditioning and spacious balconies directly overlooking the sea, with an airconditioned side bedroom overlooking a stretch of golden beach with overhanging palms.

Third floor via a feature staircase reveals an additional loft bedroom in the beach house, suitable for two to three single beds and can be used as guest room or play room with extensive views across the beachfront.

Sliding doors open out onto the extensive patio by the sea which is only 50 metres from the shoreline, the private, self catering holiday villa has it's own beach area. A Volley ball / Badminton court, sun deck, shady palm area, hammocks, barbeque pit and boules area are all included, along with some of the best sunsets witnessed by the human race at a beach home that is out of this world.

The private Philippines beach vacation villa is suitable for rental by one to three families and can easily accommodate up to 13 adults + kids.
